Kindergarten Registration is April 17 – 21, 2017
School Office Hours are 9 am – 12 pm & 1 pm – 3pm
Please pick up a registration packet at your child’s boundary school (the school within whose boundaries you live)
When returning the completed registration packet to your child’s boundary school you will also need to bring:
- Child’s immunization record
- Child’s birth certificate
- Proof of residence (Example: Utility or rent bill – showing name and address)
- Emergency Contacts (2 names, addresses and phone numbers)
Packets are not available until the week of registration.
