As part of an ongoing effort to support the health and wellbeing of our community 91ԭ School District in partnership with Confluence Health is continuing “The Well Being” speaker series.
The next live webinar in the series, “Forging Through the Funk,”, will take place on April 29 from 7-8 p.m. and focuses on learning how to validate the highs and lows of the past year, celebrate the hidden successes and make healthy lifestyle changes.
The webinar will feature Confluence Health behavioral health specialists Dr. Simone Heyward and Dr. Timothy Day, John Newbery Elementary School counselor Ernie Garza and Foothills Middle School counselor Hailey Griffith.
This event is free and open to the public. Registration for the April 29th webinar is required and can be completed at . Spanish translation services are available for webinar attendees. Live streaming of the webinar will also be available on the 91ԭ School District’s Facebook page.
